ASSMANN WSW components, manufacturer of standard- and customized heatsinks has expanded its product range of retaining springs with a multitude of additional variations. Retaining springs allow an easy mounting of the semiconductor on the heat sink which is used for heat conduction by reducing complicate and time consuming manual screwing work. Especially for high-volume assemblies a considerable reduction of assembly time can be achieved. All retaining springs have been designed for the usage on nearly all standard heatsinks. In addition ASSMANN WSW offers the possibility to use these springs also for customer specific solutions based on the requested material thickness and required hole patterns. All these parts of ASSMANN WSW components are used in nearly all business sectors, from the industrial applications to telecommunication, consumer goods and automotive field.
