From typical films with thermal conductivity up to 15 W/mK, the product range also includes special carbon-based films with a heat transfer of up to 35W/mK. In addition to the naturally-adhesive surface, the standard films are also available in different versions with glassfibre reinforcement or additional adhesive surfaces as standard. The natural “crawling properties”of the silicone ensure an optimal adaptation of the thermal conductive films to the surfaces. Thermal conductive films are used in almost all areas where hea tsinks are also used.
