ASSMANN WSW components strengthen its market position as a worldwide system supplier

ASSMANN WSW components group, with its headquarter in Lüdenscheid, Germany, well-known as a worldwide system supplier and manufacturer for standard- and customer tailored connectors, cable harnesses, heatsinks and assemblies further strengthen its worldwide position by taken over the former ASSMANN Electronics Inc., becomming effective by May 7th, 2011.

ASSMANN WSW components group and the former ASSMANN Electronics Inc., now ASSMANN WSW components Inc., both parties have grown successfully the business for connectors and cable assemblies in the past years. ASSMANN WSW components Inc., located in Phoenix, Tempe, Arizona as part of the new ASSMANN WSW components group will now continue to target further growth in these product fields together with the other locations in Germany, Slovakia, Hong Kong and China. Locally in US acting industry customers and distributors and as well the globally acting customers and distributors will benefit out of this merger by having a broader range of products, a worldwide sales network and by using the strengths, synergies and capabilities of the ASSMANN WSW components group e.g.: taking advantage of the heat sink products and non-standard cable harnesses produced at the East-European UL-approved factory in Slovakia. European customers and distributors with locations in USA and Canada will be enabled to receive their shipments directly from the warehouse in Phoenix.
